ENG: 1. Submission of a donation to, "Thornia World" is a voluntary action completely unnecessary for game play on this server.
2. By submitting any type of monetary unit to Thornia World, you agree that you are not entitled to receive anything from Thornia World. This form of donation is completely voluntary, and is for the good of the server . Rewards are given to those who have donated as a thanks to you for your continued support of the server.
3. By submitting a donation via stripe to Thornia World you agree to the terms presented in the following 5, lettered statements (A-E), and their subsections:
A. You will at no time recall your payment from Thornia World.
B. You will not dispute the charges incurred to your stripe account from your voluntary donation to Thornia World.
C. You realize that this is a voluntary donation, and in being a donation it is not refundable.
D. You understand the concept of a "donation" and "voluntary", and agree to all the aforementioned rules (see subsections a and b).
a. Donation [doh-ney-shuhn] - Noun - an act or instance of presenting something as a gift, grant, or contribution.
b. Voluntary [vol-uhn-ter-ee] - Adjective - done, made, brought about, undertaken, etc., of ones own accord or by free choice.
E. If you do not agree to these terms, or cannot honor this contract, do not send in a donation.
F. Continuous violation of our server rules leads in account ban, no matter if a donation was made before.
If you break content Rule 6, your donations will be invalidated without the possibility of us rewarding you for your donation if there is a reset.

2. Al hacer cualquier tipo de transaccion monetaria, tu aceptas que no estas comprando en absoluto nada. Se te da una recompensa en agradecimiento que ayudas a el server a mantenerse en pie.
3. Al hacer una donacion por el metodo stripe estas de acuerdo con los 5 terminos ya enlistados en las secciones: (A-E), y sus subsecciones:
A. No estas permitido a hacer cualquier tipo de reembolso.
B. No disputaras los cargos de cualquier donacion voluntaria ya hecha con anterioridad.
C. Tu estas de acuerdo que es una donacion voluntaria, por lo tanto no existen reembolsos.
D. Tu debes entender el concepto de "donacion" y "voluntaria", y estar deacuerdo con las secciones (a-b).
a. Donacion - el acto de dar algo como regalo, o contribuir.
b. Voluntario - dar algo sin que te lo pidan.
E. Si no estas de acuerdo con los terminos, o no aceptas este contrato, No envies una donacion.
F. En dado caso que se incumpla una regla, es motivo de deleteo o baneo inmediato.
Si usted infringe la regla 6 de Thornia, sus donaciones quedaran invalidadas sin posibilidad de que lo gratifiquemos por su donación si hay reset.
